With just 18 years on his shoulders, Judal is a very powerful magi working as the Kou Empire’s Oracle. Tall (173 cms) with long black hair, red-ish eyes and a pretty difficult personality to deal, Judal claims to love war and fights since they are entertaining--or in other words he sees them as a cure to his ‘boredom’. He finds interesting the fact that such a kid as Aladdin seems to be a magi just like him, specially since to him only ‘powerful’ mages were choose by the Rukh.

Judal seems to have a very passionate interest on Sinbad after the later one cleared some of his dungeons without permission, making him powerful and a perfect candidate for ‘king’ on his eyes.
